Although The Targo has been pretty diligent about the Hallmark holidays, Valentine's Day has never really mattered much to me. Well, I've loved going out for a fancy dinner and all that, but the hoopla, the marked up prices? Nah.
I thought Valentine's Day 2006 was amazing because we were finally (finally) engaged. Valentine's Day 2007 came with us having been married for 2 1/2 months. But this Valentine's Day? It nearly leaves me without words.
Thank you, Targo ...
For being an amazing friend. It's so funny to me that we've been together this long, yet we still talk on the phone two or three times a day, that I can't wait to hang out with you after work, and that my ideal day involves going to a baseball game with you.
For being a kind and compassionate husband. I never have to worry about you judging me for being a "girl." I know that, although you're not a fighter, you'd take a stand for me if I ever needed you. A wreck you are not. Maybe it's the B&W, but you look fabulous.
Good men are hard to come by! Congratulations on a memorable Valentine's Day
What a wonderful gift - to give and to get.
Such a sweet post. The Targo sounds like a good man. And, Nathan is a beautiful baby. :-)
So true! Good men are gard to come by and now you have two in you life. Such sweet blessings. And girl you look good.
Oh the typos! I am so shamed.
ohhhhohhhhhh soooo cute. The pictures are beautiful and you do not look wrecked, my dear.
You will cherish that picture of you and your son as he gets so big and before too long, goes to school and drives a car. You'll try to remember how tiny he was and how much you loved to cuddle him. You will appreciate how GOOD you looked right after having a baby...and how YOUNG you looked! The road of worrying about wee little fellow has just started and while it is worth every wrinkle and crease, for the joy of loving your child...those memories of "just starting" days will stay near and dear to you.
How beautiful! I'm still completely in love with your gorgeous little boy. Congratulations, guys! :)
Awww, what a sweet post! What a way to spend Valentine's Day with such a cute gift!
