Easy-Bake
Mystic gets cold easily. Part of it is that she's a cat; but too, she weighs 8 pounds. Since it can get quite cold in Chicago, she enjoys sitting on our dresser under the lamp for HOURS on end. I started calling it the Easy Bake Oven. Now, because everyone in my life must have a dozen nicknames, we just refer to her as Easy-Bake. It's appropriate, don't you think?

I used to have an easy bake oven, but we tried to keep the cat out of it. :) ::snicker::
Our cat lays on our area rug where it covers the heat vent for the furnace, just waiting for the furnace to come on. So now that the weather is getting warmer, she still sits there, looking pitiful and it does take alot of self-control for me NOT to turn the furnace on....just for her! She looks so pitiful. Okay, I'll admit it! I have turned it on a couple of times when hubby is gone! *smile*
