Weekend Update

Tomorrow, a friend and I are taking our babies to a music class. It should be fun. Nathan just started bouncing and bopping to music. Being that I'm musically inclined and that we've always got music around, I'm surprised it's taken him this long to appreciate a good beat. Maybe it's my terrible renditions of Fergie?

I've been thinking about these classes, and if it goes well, signing up for more. Nathan gets plenty of time with other kids - he's at daycare 36 hours a week. But, it might be nice to do things like this with him.

Moms - do you take your littles to classes like this? If so, what have you found to be the best? Nathan's almost 10 months old, so it's not like we're going to college for kids or anything.

We just do the free library story time right now. It is fairly good - two books, one or two felt board stories (counting or colors normally), and songs (Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes, Itsy Bitsy Spider, Where is Thumbkin, etc). I have thought about other ones, but they aren't cheap or near us...
